Some More Good Reasons to Choose Holy Trinity
Trust in the Lord…
(Proverbs 3:5)
Holy Trinity Lutheran School has provided
excellent Lutheran education for over 50 years. The School
strives to offer a culture in which students grow in academics
and in their relationship with God.
Holy
Trinity Lutheran School is thankful for God’s faithfulness in
its ministry. The School seeks His direction as it pursues the
challenge of preparing students’ minds and hearts to be future
leaders.
All Things Work
Together for Good... (Romans 8:28)
Chapel is a special
time for the entire school. Parents, students, and staff come
together and share in praise, worship, and prayer while
listening to the Word of God.
Students play a vital role during our Chapel
services. They read the scriptures, lead the pledges and
prayers, take the offerings, and acolyte. Each grade rotates
playing chimes or hand bells during the Chapel services
throughout the year.
I Know the Plans I
have for You… (Jeremiah 29:11)
Missions:
HTLS is one of a few Christian schools
that require and provide mission opportunities for each student.
Traditionally, one mission has been the Migrant Ministries
outreach program. The students collect donations of food and
personal items for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Other charities
are chosen based upon current need.
Community Service
projects: Classes send letters to
shut-ins, provide for the needy in our community, and
communicate with members of the Armed Forces who are serving to
protect our freedom.
Be Strong and
Courageous… (Joshua 1:9)
Students have the opportunity to be involved
in athletics, plays and musicals, Chapel presentations, service
projects, academic competitions, and yearbook preparation.
Various after school activities are also available.
Choral presentations include two
All-School-Sings for HTLC Sunday services, Thanksgiving and
Christmas programs, and an end-of-year musical centering on the
Word of God.
